Hello! I’m Caitlin – Registered Nurse, Founder and Director of Plump Aesthetic Clinic. With a background in acute and perioperative nursing, I established Plump in 2018, driven by a desire to provide a safe, ethical approach to cosmetic medical treatments.

With the growth of Plump, I have hand-selected a team of absolute gems — people I have mentored, trained, and passed on not only my ethos but my clinical skills. Watching this talented team develop their own unique strengths, build on that foundation and bring something truly special to their patients has been one of my greatest joys. We all have our own personalities, but we are united in our shared values around skin, holistic care, aesthetics and ethically safe practice.

In 2024, after reflecting on a challenging 2023, I set myself the goal of fostering more community growth – fuelled by a deep, intrinsic love of supporting the well-being of others. So our Plump Flagship was born. A beautiful, welcoming home for all things holistic health, aesthetics, skin and wellness. I wanted all my patients to experience more than what my hands and mind can achieve within four clinic walls – and now they can.

Opened in October 2024, the Plump Flagship is everything our director has been working toward. A dream that became reality faster than anyone anticipated, driven by phenomenal community growth and Director Caitlin’s quiet ambition behind the scenes. Her vision: a broader range of treatments, modalities and touchpoints for the entire Plump family.
