Recognised as trusted and dedicated practitioners to clients around Melbourne, Caitlin and her growing team share an ideology of taking a holistic, safe and ethical approach to minimising the signs of ageing through considered maintenance and preservation. The team has backgrounds in acute and emergency nursing, and several years’ experience in cosmetic injectables practice. The Plump Aesthetic Clinic draws on their extensive clinical knowledge to provide clients with a personalised approach to treatments, addressing each patients presenting concerns both aesthetic and medical. The PLUMP service range has been expanding, with the growth of our team and each individual bringing specified skills and knowledge to treat with a multi-modality approach. Nurse Caitlin and her team are conveniently available from multiple locations around Melbourne including our Flagship in South Yarra, Essendon and Bentleigh East.

Hello! I’m Caitlin, Registered Nurse, Founder and Director of Plump Aesthetic Clinic. With a background in acute and perioperative nursing, I established my business originally named ‘Plump Me’ in 2018 with the desire to provide a safe and ethical approach to cosmetic medical treatments.
I believe in utilising cosmetic medicines to enhance natural beauty, taking a ‘less is more’ approach to deliver subtle yet powerful changes that leave our clients looking refreshed and rejuvenated. It can be an overwhelming journey, but our plump philosophy aims to make it less scary. We aim to be able to empower our patients to begin treatment programs they understand and want to tell all these friends and family about (or not shh).

With the growth of PLUMP I have hand selected a team of absolute GEMS who I have mentored, trained and passed on not only ethos but also my clinical skills. I have absolutely admired my talented team as they have developed their own unique skills, taking on my knowledge and growing from it to be able to apply it to practise with their own patients. The team have all their own unique quirks and personalities, but unite in our synchronised views of the skin, holistic care, aesthetics/beauty and ethically safe practice.

2024 – I reflected in depth on some personally challenging times in 2023 and set myself into the mind frame to foster more community growth, fueled by the desire and intrinsic love to support wellness and good in others. SOO our PLUMP Flagship is born. She is going to be a beautiful, welcoming home of all things holistic health, aesthetics, skin and wellness. I want all my patients to experience more than what my hands and mind can do in the clinic walls so naturally I needed to provide what I feel you will all thoroughly enjoy experiencing.

Opened in November 2024, the PLUMP Flagship is a home for all things PLUMP our director has been lamenting for years. It was a dream, never known to so quickly become reality, but with phenomenal growth and inspiration from our PLUMP community, Director Caitlin has been quietly conspiring behind the scenes for nearly a year now to bring this to fruition. Her hope is to create a broader range of treatments, modalities and touch points for all of our PLUMP fam. The PLUMP flagship will incorporate elements of not only cosmetic medicine, but will extend into Skin and Wellness. We hope to encompass a FULL spectrum of health, aesthetic experience and ultimately ensure your goals are met in this one spectacular spot.
