Founder, Director and Head Nurse at Plump Aesthetic Clinic, Caitlin is a Registered Nurse (NMW0002014358) with extensive experience in cosmetic and medical injectables.
Caitlin developed her passion for skin care and cosmetic medicine during her time as a nurse in the operating theatres, before immersing herself in the cosmetic injectables industry permanently - driven by the joy it brought to her clients.
She takes a deep interest in understanding each client’s aesthetic goals and concerns, drawing on her knowledge of anti-wrinkle, dermal filler and skin care treatments to provide advice that is genuinely tailored to the individual. Her honest and ethical approach keeps clients returning, trusting her commitment to making only necessary, strategic changes that leave them looking and feeling their best.
With a strong belief in the holistic benefits of injectables, Caitlin also works with clients to address a range of medical concerns, including migraines, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, hyperhidrosis, allergies and neck/shoulder pain.
Her biggest career milestone to date has been the design, renovation and opening of the Plump Flagship on Chapel Street, South Yarra — launched in October 2024 with an expanded offering across cosmetic medicine, skin and wellness. Caitlin’s intention is to create a home where her community can access everything they need for their health, wellbeing, skin, anti-ageing and beauty goals.
When she’s not delivering bespoke results for clients, Caitlin is spending quality time with her two miniature dachshunds, Sassy and Lola, and planning her next adventure around the world.
