Founder, Director and Head Nurse at Plump Me, Caitlin is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in cosmetic and medical injectables.
Developing an interest in skin care and cosmetic medicine during her time as a nurse in the Operating Theatres, Caitlin decided to immerse herself in the cosmetic injectables industry permanently after seeing the joy that cosmetic medicine brought to her clients.
Caitlin takes a deep interest in understanding her clients' aesthetic goals and concerns, drawing on her knowledge of anti-wrinkle, dermal filler and skin care treatments to provide advice that is tailored to the individual. Her honest and ethical approach to treatments see her clients continue to return as they trust her commitment to making only necessary strategic changes to relax, refresh and plump, leaving them looking and feeling their best.
With a strong belief in the holistic benefits of injectables, Caitlin also works with her clients to treat a range of medical concerns including migraines, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, hyperhidrosis, allergies and neck/shoulder pain.
Caitlin set her sights on achieving her biggest career and life goal to date, with her design, renovation and opening of the Plump Flagship on Chapel street South Yarra. This opened in November 2024 — with a wider offering of treatment services including Skin and Wellness. Caitlin’s intention is to encompass a home of her favourite offerings to ensure her community and patients can receive full in-clinic experience for their health, well-being, skin, antiageing and beauty goals.
When she's not busy delivering bespoke results for clients, Caitlin is spending quality time with her two babies/miniature dachshunds Sassy and Lola and researching her travels around the world.

Alida is deeply passionate about helping women transform and optimise their health by addressing root causes of symptoms. It all starts with the gut; the health of which has a significant impact on physical and mental wellbeing. A radiant complexion, mental clarity, a robust immune system and hormonal balance are all dependent on a healthy and well maintained gut.
Holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), a Diploma of Remedial Massage, training in Lymphatic Drainage Massage and through study and practical experience, I have come to understand the powerful connection between gut health and overall well-being. Whether to improve digestion, reduce inflammation or restore balance, a holistic approach helps my clients feel their best: inside and out.
Aside from providing symptom relief, I am passionate about empowering clients with knowledge and power to take control of their health. The power of collaboration is key, where together we can restore balance, promote healing, and achieve lasting wellness.
