Aesthetic Ethics

At Plump we stand by the ethical guidelines of our governing bodies — AHPRA, NMBA and TGA

We have also developed our own team ethical guidelines and practices, upheld for the safety, consistency and best practice of ourselves and, most importantly, you. This means we only ever offer TGA-approved medicines, purchased from reputable and approved distributors, with storage, use and maintenance standards that meet and exceed the industry benchmark. We continually research medicines, methods, dosages, formulations, skills, techniques and practices to ensure we are always delivering the safest, most effective treatments available. Every offering from the Plump team is research-proven. We undergo ongoing training, collaborate internally to test for consistency, and never administer, treat or promote anything that contradicts our governing bodies’ guidelines – or our own Plump ethical standards.

Our practitioners are continuously upskilling – undertaking postgraduate study, ongoing training, and internal collaboration – because the best practice of today isn't always the best practice of tomorrow. Staying at the forefront of our field isn't optional for us. It's part of the job.

What that means for you: when you sit in our chair, you can trust that what we're offering has been rigorously considered, not just by the industry, but by us.

Our Philosophy

The Plump team believes in identifying each patient’s innate beauty, harnessing their natural vitality and subtly treating the signs of aging. Each team member brings their own unique value, assessing, collaborating and developing an ongoing treatment journey with every patient. We want all our patients to age gracefully, adapting and evolving treatments at their request or our suggestion, but never rushing or overdoing. We all embrace a “less is more” ethos, preferring to incrementally introduce new treatments, dosages or modalities as the patient–practitioner relationship develops.

At Plump, your appointment time is sacred. We honour and value the lifelong Plump family we’ve built within our patient community. Established since 2018, we’ve witnessed incredible growth and transformation, and we intend to continue that journey for decades to come.

Concerns we treat

Minimise fine lines and wrinkles

Fine lines and wrinkles are the most common reason people come to the clinic – and we have plenty of solutions. The most widely used method involves cosmetic medicines injected into targeted muscles or areas of the face to soften expression and movement. The Plump medical team has many years of experience and undergoes constant upskilling to ensure we utilise the latest techniques, medicines and research-proven modalities for the very best patient results.

Restore youthfulness to the face

We are here to ensure your plump, youthful and glowing features are maintained or restored using our cosmetic medicines. Plump is well-established in achieving natural-looking, subtle changes. Our Director and Nurse Caitlin (NMW0002014358) prides herself on assessing, developing and executing a personalised plan with meticulous attention to detail. Her understanding of the physiological changes of ageing informs every treatment – and her results are undetectable, in the very best way. Whether it’s lips, cheeks, jawline or beyond, she crafts a plan that is entirely your own.

Enhance facial contours

While there is beauty in imperfection, we all want to look and feel our very best. With cosmetic medicine, we can sculpt, refine, define, soften and enhance. Our approach is to assess the anatomy, discuss your concerns and develop a shared vision for how volume-enhancing medicines can help. We then begin gradually – ensuring results are never rushed or overdone – slowly building over time toward a balanced, harmonised aesthetic.

Rejuvenate tired / aged skin

Skin texture, hydration, look and feel all change over time, and we have the answers to address and prevent this. With regenerative medicines, we can target the signs and causes of these changes within the skin’s cellular function and structure. These treatments don’t necessarily alter your features or overall appearance, they work at a cellular level, stimulating collagen and activating the skin from within. It’s a lot of science, but we’ll walk you through it in person and we have no doubt these will quickly become your favourite treatments.
