For optimal results, we may need to schedule a review to adjust treatments based on your anatomy, budget and desired outcomes. This typically occurs two weeks after anti-wrinkle treatments and four-to-six weeks after dermal filler treatments. Review fees, if applicable, are discussed during consultation and/or the initial treatment, and are documented in our consent forms, which are emailed to patients following treatment.
In the rare and unlikely event of an adverse reaction to treatment, please contact us as soon as possible to schedule an urgent in-person review for timely management. Additional medical interventions with our in-house and/or external medical providers, and associated costs, will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Discounts and refunds cannot be offered for medical treatments.
Due to the specialised nature of cosmetic injectable treatments, Plump Cosmetics Clinic does not offer refunds for completed treatments unless required by law. While we commit to making every reasonable effort to achieve mutually agreed-upon aesthetic goals, it is important to acknowledge that results may vary, and guarantees cannot be offered regarding treatment outcomes. Once a product and/or service has been provided, refunds are not feasible, regardless of factors such as a change of mind, unmet expectations or any potential adverse reactions.
