
All scheduled appointments at Plump Cosmetics Clinic require a credit card to be held on file and a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This $100 deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
Treatments can be cancelled or changed prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, with the deposit being carried over to a new scheduled appointment.
Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in your $100 deposit being forfeited.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in 50% of your total treatment fee being charged to your credit card on file.
Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice will result in a $200 no-show fee being charged to your credit card on file regardless of the treatment value. Please note, failure to attend an appointment on two or more occasions without notice will require the full treatment fee to be paid at the time of booking for any future appointments.
In the event that you are running late for an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible as we may have to customise your treatment to the timeframe available. If you are late to your appointment and the treatment can no longer be completed, this may incur a $200 late fee.
