Hi, I’m Cait the Founder, Cosmetic Nurse and proud Plump OG.
I wanted to personally welcome you to Plump Press — our journal, our little corner of the internet where we get to share more than just the ‘what’ of cosmetic medicine, skin and wellness, but the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ too.
When I first started Plump, my vision was simple: to offer honest advice, connect deeply with my patients so they always feel seen and heard, and to treat only where it truly enhances and honours each person’s natural beauty.
This career path began as something fun — a creative balance to the intensity of working in the operating theatres of a major cancer hospital, and later in a busy trauma hospital. But what started as a side passion quickly grew. As my connections with my patients deepened, so did my business — and so did our little Plump community.
Five years ago, I took the leap and made this my full-time focus. And just over a year ago, a quiet idea started to grow louder: that maybe I could build a space of my own. A clinic that offered more than just my hands and my treatments — a place filled with special touches, more versions of me to offer more solutions, services and thoughtful moments our community truly needs and deserves. Create a space that felt warm, safe and deeply personal. A place where treatments aren’t just treatments — they’re experiences shaped by honesty, real results and a genuine understanding of what makes you you. Over time, our beautiful community has grown, and so has our mission.
Plump Press is an extension of that mission — a space to lift the curtain a little. To share what we’re loving, learning and questioning. Expect skin health insights, honest advice, myth-busting, behind-the-scenes moments, and the occasional thought bubble from me and the team.
My hope is that you find something here that feels relevant — whether it’s a practical tip you can try tonight, a piece that makes you rethink your routine, or just a moment to pause and feel inspired. This is our way of staying connected to you, even beyond the clinic doors.
